Mobulaze

MOBULAZE is a 2D puzzle game. The main character, Mobula, lives in the sea with his friends-small fish. However, the small fish are trapped in the maze frightenedly now. Mobula needs to rescue the small fish and escape the labyrinth. This game invites the player to act as a mobula ray, using the flying gesture to leave the maze and rescue the small fish, applying the appropriate facial expression. The core game mechanic requires the player to solve the puzzle within limited steps. Every time Mobula is moving, the ink bar above, which shows the remaining steps, will be shortened. Therefore, the player needs to find one optimal path to save the small fish and to escape the maze with their intelligence. When Mobula meets the small fish, it will turn over to show its belly. The player is required to show their smile, which is the same facial expression on Mobula’s abdomen. Thus, the small fish will not be frightened anymore and follow Mobula.
